I have not blogged for a long time, and the last time I touched the keyboard for my blog was the week before last week.  It was an easy day today.  I didn't take my Chinese spelling last week, so I had to take it today.  I did not know a few words because the words were a bit harder this week.  Luckily, I managed to memorise the last sentence, although I don't think I will be getting 90 plus for my Chinese spelling this time because I will probably get marks minused for wrong spelling and missing words.  It was the usual for math today.  We did our learning log, did corrections for my 0 mark test and some worksheets.  After recess, we had to listen to a talk that C. Kunalan conducted.  He has a good sense of humor and his life story is very interesting.  I admired his physical resilience as he had to go through a lot of tough practice to turn into one of Singapore's best sprinter.  He was once a frail boy, but he is now a strong man.  Some values we should learn from him are excellence, respect, friendship and resilience.  In English today, we got back our composition (half compo for me) and I passed with really, really, really disapointing marks.  I hope to get 31 to 32 marks for my compo exam.  We had to rewrite our compo though, and I hope to get better marks.  Ms Chia did situational writing with us too, and I reallised that we need skill to situational writing.  When I got home, we were supposed to rewrite the situational writing and I was at a loss.  I even had to ask my friend to help.  I must work hard so that my compo and situational writing will improve gradually (I mean, Rome was not built in one day).  I hope to get good marks for my PSLE, so that I can go to my dream school.  This way, my parents, sibling and I will be very happy!

I am writing this post early today since I have finished my homework (since I don"nt have any, haha).
Today in English class, we did a short story which was actually a compo's beginning. The short story wasn't very interesting as it was only the beginning and there was nothing to write. The better writers in 6A's good writers probably had loads to write and I kind of envy them... I finished my story shortly after Ms Chia said "stop!", so the short story was'nt very good.
We spent part of our recess, lunch and a few maths lessons doing our Chinese New Year decorations. The girls made lots of paper fishes and some "chains" to use. We also have a "tiger"! I hope we can win the Chinese New Year decoration contest like last year, although even if we don't win, we have tried our best.(It's the taking part that counts, not the winning!) I think our class looks nice, altough I think we have lesser chances of winning than last year since we only started decorating our class today. I still hope that we win, so that our hard work would have paid off.
Today in chinese class, our chinese teacher got pissed off and asked us to do some worksheets without continuing to teach with powerpoint slides as somebody was not listening to her. I'm quite happy that we did not have chinese compo today though, because we normally have it on tuesday at supplementary. There's also no school next Tuesday, so there's no chinese compo. Of course, there is always the possibility that she might give it to us as homework!(let's hope she won't!)
Thats all I have to post! Bye!

There was'nt many interesting events today. Ms Chia did'nt come today, and our relief teacher was Mr Choo. Ms Chia left us some work to do and we had to finish it before Mr Choo let us do our own homework. Luckily, the work was'nt very tough today, unlike yesterday. We only had to do a few synthesis practices today, although we had to find the meanings of many words yesterday. I'm a little nervous about tommorow, because Mrs Wee(Yes, Mrs Wee, our principal) is coming to our English class to be our relief teacher as Ms Chia will be absent until Thursday. I hope that our class will be able to give her a good impression by being quieter and more obedient. I am also looking forward to the "Mrs Wee lesson" as I heard that she speaks in a very high standard English. That's all! Bye!
